We all go through major life changes at some point or another. Some are expected, like graduations or moving. Others come out of left-field, like getting fired or blind-sided by a breakup. It is often the desired changes that can cause the most stress because you don’t expect them to affect you negatively. Whether you initiated this change or not, it can significantly impact your mental health.

If you find yourself saying things like, “I should be happy about this. What’s wrong with me that I don’t feel like that?” know that you are not alone. I work with individuals ages 16+, couples, and families who are having difficulty navigating a life transition. We will explore your experiences and identify healthy ways to help you cope.
